Get a lot of storage capacity in a hard disk that’s so intuitive, anyone can use it. This simple and efficient drive contains two internal disks for maximizing capacity and provides eSATA 3Gb/s, FireWire 800, and USB 2.0 interfaces for full connectivity with your PC or Mac, as well as an included 9-to-6-pin cable that provides FireWire 400 compliancy. It comes with LaCie Setup Assistant for easy customizable formatting and LaCie Backup Assistant software for PC and Mac® users. With two RAID options, you can easily choose the configuration that best matches your needs: RAID 0 (FAST) for high speed and capacity or RAID 1 (SAFE) for high security. This sleek hard disk has an all-black mirror-polished finish and a unique feature—a cool, blue LED strip on its underside that creates an ambient glow. Thanks to the USB expansion port, it can be connected to another USB device such as another external hard drive for backups.
